We all remember the field trips we took as kids, visiting inspiring places we otherwise may never have seen. The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island left a lasting impression on me, even after all of these years. Unfortunately, many schools today are facing tight budgets that don't allow for field trips, leaving kids to miss out on exciting trips and the fun of learning outside the classroom.
Kraft's
Lunchables is supporting children's educational development by
giving away 50 field trips nationally to an assorted array of locations through its "
Field Trips for All" program. It's the first part of Project Potential, which is all about helping kids realize just how far they can go in life. (Check out the video below to see an out-of-this-world experience for lucky fifth graders from Los Angeles on a field trip that they will never forget!)
