We saw a bunch of pictures of celebs and their babes trick or treating, but we must say Alyson Hannigan won our vote for best costume. We love her Raggedy Ann getup right down to her striped tights and lace-up boots. She also gets extra points for toting her adorable daughter Satyana dressed as a monkey.
