Our favorite eco-friendly bags

Since the first Earth Day was celebrated on April 22, 1970, as a society we’ve become more aware of our surroundings and impact on the earth. The fashion industry has made huge strides in becoming not only aware of their impact on our precious resources but also becoming eco-friendly and organic in the fabrics and dyes they use as well as their packaging for the consumer. Today we’re kicking off our week-long “earth friendly” series with a look at our favorite eco-friendly bags that are great for everyday or for carrying with you for shopping trips to the mall, farmers market or grocery store. We have so many options to choose from today, it’s nice to know which companies are really making an extra effort to be “green.”
